Tea, Wine, and Culinary Artistry

Tea, Wine, and Culinary Artistry

A tapestry of tea, wine, and culinary artistry — crafted from native ingredients and centuries-old rituals. Sip, savor, and converse, where each meal is a communion of terroir and tradition.

Tea marks the prologue, wine offers a graceful overture, and cuisine carries the essence of heartfelt hospitality.

Food, aligned with the seasons and respectful ofthe land, abides by the principle of "not eating outof season, "where flavors stem from both natureand the heart.

The flavors of the land are infused into the dishes, the fragrance of tea touches the heart, and glasses pass in a harmonious flow.

A banquet of flowing goblets, bridging the flavors of mountains and seas and blending the culinary traditions of East and West, offers a free-spirit-ed journey through Chinese terroir. This banquet is a modern continuation of ancient dining philosophies. Whether it’s the fragrant tea, flowing wines, or seasonal dishes each element respects and carries forward the tradition of the banquet.
