A Voyage Au Jardin at XIA—Au Jardin Joins Hands with XIA Restaurant for a Culinary Journey
As winter deepens along the coast of Fujian, a culinary dialogue across mountains and seas is set to unfold. XIA Restaurant at LOHKAH Hotel & Spa proudly presents another international four-hands collaboration, joining forces with the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Au Jardin from Penang, Malaysia, for an evening of terroir on December 8th. Entitled “A Voyage au Jardin at XIA,” this collaboration extends the “at XIA, Sips and Savors” series’ warm invitation to friends from all corners, while also serving as a cultural homecoming, connecting Fujian’s ancestral homeland with the flavors of Southeast Asia. Chef Kim Hock Su of Au Jardin, recipient of the 2025 “Best Chef Award – One Knife” honor, will partner with Chef Yang Kang, Executive Chef of XIA Restaurant and recipient of the same accolade, to co-create a culinary canvas rich with seasonal sensibility and cultural conversation.
