XIA Restaurant, located on the ground floor of Lohkah Hotel & Spa in Xiamen, is honored to announce its debut selection in the Michelin Guide Fujian 2025 and as a One Diamond restaurant in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2025. These dual accolades offer robust validation—from both international and Chinese culinary perspectives—of the restaurant’s dedication to presenting Fujian Cuisine with contemporary refinement.

Guided by the philosophy “Rooted in Fujian, Tailored to Resonance,” XIA Restaurant draws inspiration from Minnan maritime culture and local heritage, integrating the essence of tea, wine, and cuisine into a modern narrative. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Yang Kang, the restaurant adheres to the principle of “honoring tradition while embracing innovation,” skillfully integrating techniques from Cantonese, Sichuan, and Huaiyang culinary systems to create a uniquely “Chinese Fujian Cuisine”experience. The space, designed with handmade red bricks echoing ancient Southern Fujian architecture, merges contemporary aesthetics with Eastern symmetry, offering a sophisticated environment imbued with cultural warmth.
