Hám-Khák, located on the sixth floor of Kaipuu Belfry in Quanzhou, is honored to be awarded One Diamond in the 2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide. This distinction positions Hám-Khák as one of only two restaurants in Quanzhou to receive this accolade, highlighting its excellence in regional cuisine and cultural expression.

Helmed by Executive Chef Yang Kang of Lohkah Hotel Group, Hám-Khák draws inspiration from the clam shell (“Hám-Khák”), focusing on local seafood and seasonal ingredients to present Fujian cuisine with contemporary creativity. The dining space integrates Southern Fujian architectural heritage with modern design, featuring a main hall, a light-filled atrium, and two city-view private rooms for an immersive experience. As an embodiment of KAIPUU’s signature experience “Land” —which celebrates the bond between people and the local soil—the restaurant delves into the essence of Fujian terroir, using ingredients as a medium to convey the region’s rich cultural legacy.

In recent years, Quanzhou, a UNESCO World Heritage city, has vigorously developed its cultural and tourism sector, attracting global travelers to explore its historic heritage and contemporary vitality. This award not only recognizes Hám-Khák’s culinary dedication but also reflects Quanzhou’s growing prominence as a cultural destination.
