As summer tides embrace the coast, XIA RESTAURANT at The LOHKAH Hotel & Spa proudly presents its inaugural international four-hands collaboration. Michelin-recommended and Black Pearl-honored XIA Restaurant joins hands with NAAR—ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list from Darwa, India—for a dialogue of terroir at Xiamen. Executive Chef Yang Kang and NAAR’s chef-owner Prateek Sadhu embark on a journey across mountains and seas, translating landscapes onto the plate. This marks XIA’s first partnership with an overseas chef, embodying its philosophy: "Rooted in Fujian, Tailored to Resonance."
